Shipments

  • When will I receive my order?

    Deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays, except for public holidays.
    You will receive an email confirming shipment when your order leaves our warehouse.
    The email will contain the tracking code of the courier service chosen by Orciani: TNT for Italy and FEDEX for all other destinations. The tracking code, which enables you to track your delivery, is activated 12 hours after you receive the email.

  • What does delivery cost?

    For TNT, valid only for shipments to Italy, there is a choice of three different delivery modes:
    • Standard delivery is free of charge. It guarantees delivery of the article within 1-5 working days after the Confirmation of Shipment.
    • "10-Hour Delivery" guarantees delivery by 10.00 the following day, for orders received before 12.00, at a cost of € 10.
    • "12-Hour Delivery" guarantees delivery by 12.00 the following day, for orders received before 12.00, at a cost of € 5

    For FEDEX, there is a choice of two different delivery modes:
    • International Economy delivery is free
    • International Priority delivery, which guarantees delivery within 2-4 working days after the Confirmation of Shipment. It applies to Deliveries to the USA, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, India, Africa and Oceania, destination depending on the delivery address and the Customer's country of destination.
    The delivery cost is calculated during Checkout and varies from destination to destination.

  • Does Orciani Spa make deliveries to PO Boxes or poste restante addresses?

    To safeguard your purchase, we are unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes or poste restante addresses. Provide us with a delivery address where you are sure that the delivery can be made and someone will be present to sign for receipt of the order.

  • Can deliveries be made to multiple addresses?

    We do not make deliveries to multiple addresses for a single order made online. Place a different order for each address.

  • Will I be informed when the order is shipped?

    After shipment of the order, you will receive an email confirming the shipment and containing the tracking code of the courier service chosen by Orciani: TNT for Italy and FEDEX for all other destinations. With the tracking code, you can check the status of the delivery at any time.

    You can request activation of the tracking code from 12 hours after the shipment confirmation email is sent. The email will also contain the invoice for the order. The charge will be made on your credit card when the email is received.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking code, which you can use on the site of the courier chosen by Orciani: TNT for Italy and FEDEX for all other destinations. You can request activation of the tracking code from 12 hours after the shipment confirmation email is sent. With the tracking code, you will be able to check the status of the delivery at any time.

  • Which courier is used to deliver my order?

    We make our deliveries through TNT for Italy and FEDEX for all other destinations. Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Couriers do not make deliveries on public holidays.
