If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it. Complete the online return form within 14 days from the delivery date.

Can I return a product?
You can return any product purchased from Orciani Spa and obtain a refund.
You must dispatch the product you wish to return within 14 days after its delivery date.
Once 14 days have passed after their delivery, products cannot be returned.

Can I change a product?
It is possible to change a product only and exclusively to change size (belts, bracelets, gloves, outerwear) or to change color, which does not imply either partial refunds or payment integrations.

What is meant by the "as new" condition?
Products returned to us must be 100% "as new". This means that they must not have been worn, except to try them on, and they must be free from scratches, dirt, signs of wear or excessive creases.
Articles which are not "as new" will not be accepted as returns and will be sent back to you. -
Can I remove the labels from products?
The labels fixed to products must not be removed if you expect to return your purchase or purchases. If the labels have been removed, the products will not be accepted as returns.

Can I return a product I have received as a gift?
Yes, in case of return of a product received as a gift, the refund will be made to the credit card of the original purchaser.

How do I return a product?
If you are not happy with your purchase on Orciani.com, you can return it and and get a refund by following the instructions that will be sent to you after completing the return procedure. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of products purchased at Orciani boutiques or other stores, and products purchased on Orciani.com cannot be returned elsewhere.
You can return a product within 14 days after the date when it was delivered to you.
To return a product:
1. Follow the Online return procedure
Complete the online return procedure within 14 days after the delivery date.
• Open the online return form, select the order you wish to return, click the "Return" button and fill in the return form.
2. Preparing the pack for shipment
Replace the products in their original packaging, and apply the precompiled return label provided directly by the courier Affix it to the pack so that it covers the original delivery label.

We will not be responsible for shipments made without following the authorised procedure. -
Will I receive confirmation when my returned product is received?
When your returned products reach our Returns Centre, we will inspect them to make sure they are "as new". You will receive an email confirming that the returned products have been received and that the refund will be made using the payment method you used to pay for your order.

When will I receive confirmation that my return has been refunded?
When the inspection department confirms that the product you returned is "as new", you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refund, which will be made using the payment method you used for your order.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
As soon as the refund is made using the payment method you used for the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
For orders paid for by credit card, it may take up to 14 days for the sum to appear in your credit card statement. For orders paid for by PayPal, the refund normally appears in your PayPal account within 24 hours.
The date when the refund is credited will be the same as the date of the initial charge. Therefore, the party which made the payment will not incur any loss in terms of bank interest.
